Eligibility
- US citizens only (unless otherwise stated within a particular giveaway post) with a physical address. (No P.O. boxes, unless otherwise stated. Sorry!)
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
Required Entry for Giveaway
- The only mandatory entry for any giveaway on this blog will always be a simple entry through leaving a blog comment on that particular giveaway post.
- All entries must be received by the deadline outlined in the post and/or Rafflecopter form, when Rafflecopter is used (US Central Standard Time).
Odds
- The odds of winning depend solely on the maximum number of entries into the giveaway. If the only possible entry is via blog comment, the odds will depend on the total number of participants. If other entries are allowed, the odds of winning will be tracked on the Rafflecopter form used to enter the giveaway, embedded into that giveaway post, and depend on how many entries you completed, as well as how many participants completed entries.
Prize
- The prize will be clearly identified in the blog post and on the Rafflecopter form associated with the giveaway.
Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be drawn randomly through Rafflecopter, which uses Random.org.
- If I, Megan, find there was any tampering in voting or there is a technical problem when determining the winner, I reserve the right to make an appropriate and honest decision in how to move forward. I will then notify the participants through a blog post.
- The winner will be verified and announced in the giveaway blog post on the Rafflecopter form, as well as in an addendum note at the top of that blog post, within 48 hours of the end of the giveaway.
- The winner will have 48 hours to contact me, Megan, via e-mail at mylifestidbits@gmail.com within 48 hours of being announced and contacted via e-mail. If they do not respond within that time frame, a new winner will be verified and chosen.
- In the event there is a technical malfunction of any kind, I, Megan, will notify you at my earliest opportunity, outlining the malfunction and how I plan to address it.
Privacy
- Megan and Tidbits From My World reserve the right to use your first name and last intial in order to announce the prize winner.
- Megan and Tidbits From My World reserve the right to use your e-mail address to contact you in the event you win the giveaway.
- Megan and Tidbits From My World reserve the right to tell the sponsor of the prize the proper information, in the event the prize is being sponsored, including but not limited to: Full Name, Full Physical Address, E-mail Address, Phone number and any other information required to claim the prize.
- Megan and Tidbits From My World will never give away any personal information without asking your permission first.
- Megan and Tidbits From My World have no control over what happens with your personal information once it is given to the third party sponsor.
Taxes
- All Federal, State, and Local Taxes in regards to receiving a product or prize are the sole responsibility of the giveaway winner.
Disclaimers
- Megan and Tidbits From My World are not responsible for any technical malfunctions that may occur with computer, phone, or internet services during the giveaway.
- Megan and Tidbits From My World have no control over how the product functions once it is sent to the participant.
- Megan and Tidbits From My World have no control over any undo harm that could potentially happen if the product is used incorrectly or does not perform correctly. All issues should be discussed with the company of the product in question.
- Facebook.com, Twitter.com, Paypal.com, and any other websites and social media outlets not mentioned but used within the Rafflecopter are not affiliated with a giveaway, unless otherwise stated, in any way and are not responsible for the administration of the giveaway or awarding of prizes associated with the giveaway.
Release
- By entering any giveaway and accepting a prize on this website, whether through a Rafflecopter form or through commenting on this site, you are releasing Megan and Tidbits From My World from any liability that may occur by using the product including, but not limited to, physical harm, death, injury, loss of item, loss of item through shipping, defamation, or being seen falsely (intentionally or unintentionally) or any type of loss, damages, claims, or destruction of property. Please consult with the proper expert and professional before using any product that has been received through a giveaway.
Special Circumstances: Group Giveaways
- In the event that Tidbits From My World participates in a group giveaway as a contributor and not the host, I, Megan, will only be sponsoring the giveaway and will not be in charge of the giveaway in any shape or form. Therefore, I am released of any issue which may arise for the giveaway host and the sponsor of the prize for the giveaway. All rules and legalities for your state should still be followed.
